Two years after a multi-billion dollar ransomware attack, UnitedHealth Group is still feeling the effects, chalking another $800 million in losses related to the incident.

In an earnings call Tuesday, CFO Wayne DeVeydt said the group’s losses in 2025 Q4 included a $799 million attack-related adjustment, attributed to its net expectations for returns from loans to providers and customer balances.
