Big tech may be using AI to justify job cuts, but new research shows AI is having an overall positive impact on IT headcount – at least for the next two years.

LF published its first report on the state of tech talent in Europe on June 8, with results showing "AI is a net driver of IT job creation rather than a cause of widespread workforce displacement."
