Ministry of Defence’s CTO warns on obsolescence risk, eyes better data services
The IPA warns that “despite many in Whitehall having grand aspirations for data-sharing reform, aspirational plans have not withstood contact with the complicated realities of the public sector.”
Ministry of Defence CTO Mivy James, a BAE Systems technology veteran appointed in early 2024, says she is looking to help implement a “consistent, Defence-wide approach to manage obsolescence risks.”
