Home Office starts hunt for new CDIO, bumped to Director General level

The UK’s Home Office is looking for a new Chief Digital and Innovation Officer (CDIO). They will manage a £1.8 billion budget and ~4,000 staff.

The role has been bumped to Director General (DG) grade. Previously at director level, it was held by Simon Bourne from 2021 to early 2025.
