For global research and advisory firm Gartner, it may be time to rebrand its flagship European data conference. 

On day three of the Data & Analytics Summit, which convenes thousands of Chief Data and Analytics Officers (CDAOs), IT executives and data professionals in London, AI had infiltrated almost every single presentation and conversation. The data conference, it seems, has become an AI conference.

Rita Sallam, a distinguished VP analyst at Gartner, set the tone for the day, presenting the mandate for what data leaders must achieve by 2030 to realise the value of AI.
