Your venerable Db2 database may be old and wrinkly but you can now chat to it like you would with the cool kids on the database block, using – you guessed it – generative AI; with IBM saying that it added a massive 200 new features to its Db2 12.1 release this month, including new support for Snowflake, Oracle 23ai, MariaDB, MongoDB, SAP, and AI capabilities.
